Optimizing Hormonal Health: Clinical Strategies in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Format: Hands-On CME/CE

This in-person event was built for clinicians who want practical, evidence-based tools they can use right away. UNDERSTAND clear clinical foundation—endocrine integration, risk/safety data, and patient-centered decision-making across the female and male lifecycle—APPLY this theory with faculty-led demonstrations and supervised hands-on training, including real-world dosing strategies, genetic considerations, testosterone optimization, and pellet insertion rotations. You’ll leave with streamlined protocols, monitoring workflows, and documentation resources to support confident, compliant care. Reserve your spot and elevate your hormone therapy practice.

Additionally you will receive 8 hours of online accredited learning modules to review prior to your training!

Included in this Hands-On Training is an additional 8 CME credits of online learning. These online modules are a required precursor to your live virtual training day. Once registered for this program, you can log in to your online learning modules. This online opportunity will prepare you for virtual learning as the modules take a deep dive into the science and efficacy of HRT. This course is taught by Dr. Russell Bartels.

This live activity provides an evidence-based review of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) in male and female patients, including clinical indications, contraindications, treatment strategies, and monitoring protocols. Participants will examine the physiologic principles and historical evolution of HRT and BHRT, evaluate current evidence regarding safety, cancer risk, and outcomes, and discuss management of common complications such as aromatization, polycythemia, and mood or libido changes. The course also integrates adjunctive therapies and applies these concepts through real-world case studies across diverse age groups and comorbid conditions to support safe, effective clinical decision-making.
