Dr. Amelia Hausauer has made a name for herself in the study and practice of emerging techniques in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and microneedling. She completed an ASDS accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship at Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills with dermatologists Dr. Derek Jones and Dr. Naissan Wesley. She was a major contributing writer and editor to the textbook, PRP and Microneedling in Aesthetic Medicine and has been selected by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery to create educational resources for providers.
Learning Objectives

Understand mechanism of action in the skin, clinical literature supporting treatment in different disease states as well as potential parameters, risks of therapy, and benefits of combination treatment. Learn advanced skills and application pearls.
