Dr. Alexandra Runnels is a Board Certified OB/GYN who has practiced in San Antonio, TX for over 20 years after relocating from her original home of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her areas of expertise include Urinary Incontinence, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy and Optimization, Sexual-Enhancement/Health/Dysfunction, Vulvar/Vaginal Disease, and multiple Office-Based Gynecologic and Aesthetic Procedures, including Botox, HA Fillers, Microneedling and more.
She is beginning to investigate the novel use of injected and inhaled Regenerative Therapies such as Platelet Rich Plasma and Amniotic Tissue and Fluid for use in multiple medical conditions as well as for overall Health, Wellness and Anti-Aging.
