Shilpi Khetarpal, MD, FAAD


Dr. Shilpi Khetarpal is a fellowship-trained, board-certified dermatologist who is currently an associate professor in dermatology and cosmetic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She completed her undergraduate and medical education through the accelerated, 6-year BS/MD program at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Khetarpal has presented at both local and national professional meetings and has authored numerous book chapters in dermatologic textbooks and published many articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Jeffrey A. Rapaport, MD, FAAD


A Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Rapaport is currently Emeritus Chief of Dermatology at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, New Jersey. He has one of the largest PRP practices in the country and has been featured as an expert on many national media outlets discussing PRP Therapy, such as Good Morning America and The Doctors.

Thom E. Lobe, M.D., FACS, ABAAFRM


In 2008, Dr. Lobe opened his first dream clinic, an anti-aging practice in Beverly Hills, California. In 2013, Dr. Lobe moved his main practice to Chicago, Illinois, where he focuses on advanced hormone therapy, anti-aging medicine, and regenerative medicine. Few physicians hold up to Dr. Lobe’s extensive training and expertise. His broad range of experiences and depth of knowledge within the medical field uniquely position his practice. Dr. Lobe’s patients appreciate his genius for quickly and efficiently unraveling complex healthcare issues and dramatically improving their quality of life. While some patients swear Dr. Lobe is a magician, he attributes his success to good old-fashioned medical intuition, experience, and common sense.

Robert Finney, MD, FAAD


Dr. Robert Finney is a board-certified Dermatologist and Mohs surgeon based in New York City. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Finney completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at Pennsylvania State University. He completed his internship and dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where he served as chief resident during his final year. He also performed a postdoctoral research fellowship in eczema and allergic contact dermatitis at Rockefeller University in addition to an advanced fellowship in aesthetics, hair restoration, and skin surgery with renowned hair surgeon Dr. Marc Avram in NYC.

Dr. Finney is an expert in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and is regularly asked to contribute to various media outlets, including Men’s Health, Men’s Journal, Esquire, and Women’s Health. He does not approach aesthetics from a cookie-cutter approach, rather he works closely with each patient to design a customized treatment regimen to achieve his or her desired aesthetic outcomes that appear natural and refreshed, never over-done.

When not seeing patients he loves reading and staying active whether hiking upstate, playing ice hockey, or competing on peloton.

Tess Mauricio, MD, FAAD


Dr. Tess Mauricio is a graduate of Stanford Medical School and Summa Cum Laude graduate of UCSD. She is a Past President of The San Diego Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is the recipient of the very first UCSD Warren College Distinguished Alumni award and Hollywood Daytime Beauty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Medicine.

She is a favorite medical expert on TV with regular network appearances on NBC’s California Live, The Dr Oz Show, The Talk, The Real, Dr Phil, The Rachael Ray Show, Fox News, and The Doctors. Dr. Tess stars in her reality show, “All in Family with Dr Tess” premiering this August. She is currently a Dermatologist partner for @proactiv and No7 Laboratories.

Dr. Tess is an internationally recognized cosmetic surgeon, author of California Total Beauty, renowned speaker, teacher, sought after media personality and has educated thousands across the globe.

Dr. Tess believes that we should all do and be our very best, and always be a blessing to others by sharing your stories and gifts.

Amelia K. Hausauer, MD, FAAD


Dr.  Amelia Hausauer has made a name for herself in the study and practice of emerging techniques in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and microneedling. She completed an ASDS accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship at Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills with dermatologists Dr. Derek Jones and Dr. Naissan Wesley. She was a major contributing writer and editor to the textbook, PRP and Microneedling in Aesthetic Medicine and has been selected by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery to create educational resources for providers.

Lindsay Breinholt


Lindsay Breinholt, CNM/WHNP, started her medical career as a labor and delivery nurse in 2004. Soon after, she obtained her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner for Women’s Health and became a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2008. She was introduced to aesthetic injections by her uncle Dr. John Corey who practices plastic surgery in Scottsdale, AZ, in 2009, and quickly realized she loved using her right creative brain and left medical brain together.

Lindsay Breinholt, CNM/WHNP, started working as a Galderma trainer in 2018 and continued her passion for learning and teaching. This allowed her to be at the forefront of the aesthetic industry and dive deeper into innovation, anatomy, and superior quality of service for her clients and peers.

Reena Jogi, MD, FAAD


Dr. Reena Jogi has received extensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has comprehensive training in the use of lasers, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and platelet rich plasma treatments for hair loss. After training extensively with Dr. Jeffrey Rapaport, Dr. Jogi has built one the largest, most lucrative PRP clinics for hair restoration in the country as she treats hundreds of patients with her PRP hair restoration protocols. She is double board-certified in both internal medicine and dermatology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is an active member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society.

Robert Bowen, MD


Dr. Robert Bowen graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia, and fellowships in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine at West Virginia University. He has been in private and University practice in Martinsburg, WV since 1984. He is currently a Professor of Medicine and Co-Director of the Internal Medicine clerkship at WVU Medical School, Eastern Division; the Medical Director of the Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at Berkeley Medical Center; and the Medical Director of his Cosmetic Medicine & Body Contouring private practice.

Dr. Bowen is one of the first physicians in the United States to be Fellowship-trained in Anti -Aging, Regenerative, and Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. His research interests include: the translation of adipose derived regenerative cell treatments, growth factors, exosomes, light-based, and low intensity shock wave therapies into clinical applications.

Personally, Dr. Bowen has actively used positive aging principles in his career as a sprinter and track coach. He has competed around the world and has worked with world-class athletes and the coaches at UCLA and Auburn Universities. He is a former national and world champion in distances from 100-400 meters and is the current co-world record holder in the 4×100 meter and 4×200 meter relay for men over 50.

Russell Bartels, MD, FACOG


Dr. Bartels is a board certified Ob/Gyn, founder of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Scottsdale, co-founder of Scottsdale Center for Women’s Health, and founder of Vitality Hormones for Men. He completed his residency training at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan where he was Chief Resident and recipient of several awards in recognition of his minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical skills. By 2005 he recognized the need in Arizona for an expert in the increasingly popular field of Cosmetic Gynecology and Vaginal Rejuvenation. He completed additional training and certification, becoming the first in Scottsdale, AZ to provide these services. Since then, he has been an early adopter of the various non-surgical vaginal and bladder rejuvenation devices and has become the leading expert in Arizona for both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic gynecologic services. For the men in his practice, PRP has helped restore hair growth and paired with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, used to treat erectile dysfunction. He is passionate about hormone optimization for women and men to treat the usual symptoms of hormone decline as well as many debilitating ailments such as fibromyalgia, migraines, and chronic fatigue.

Alexandra Runnels, MD, FACOG


Dr. Alexandra Runnels is a Board Certified OB/GYN who has practiced in San Antonio, TX for over 20 years after relocating from her original home of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her areas of expertise include Urinary Incontinence, Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy and Optimization, Sexual-Enhancement/Health/Dysfunction, Vulvar/Vaginal Disease, and multiple Office-Based Gynecologic and Aesthetic Procedures, including Botox, HA Fillers, Microneedling and more.

She is beginning to investigate the novel use of injected and inhaled Regenerative Therapies such as Platelet Rich Plasma and Amniotic Tissue and Fluid for use in multiple medical conditions as well as for overall Health, Wellness, and Anti-Aging.

Tonya McLeod, MD, MPH, MBA


Dr. Tonya McLeod stands tall in striving for excellence. Growing up in rural North Carolina, she was taught very early that education was the key to success. Dr. McLeod was awarded a scholarship to study pre-med at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC obtaining a Bachelor of Science. This was followed by a scholarship to study medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

During her course of study in medicine, Dr. McLeod also obtained a Master’s of Public Health from the UNC-Chapel Hill renowned Rollins School of Public Health. She graduated in five years with an MD, MPH.

She subsequently completed her specialty training in Dermatology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia while simultaneously completing an MBA at Emory University’s top ranking Goizueta Business School.

Dr. McLeod further honed her expertise in dermatology and pursued additional fellowship training in laser and cosmetic dermatology in Boston, Massachusetts under the tutelage of world-renowned Harvard-trained dermatologists, Dr. Kenneth Arndt and Dr. Jeffrey Dover. This has helped her become a highly trained, highly effective Charlotte, NC dermatologist, always striving to give her patients the best results possible.

Her expertise includes cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, and general dermatology for all skin types.

Dr. McLeod joined Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology in 2006. She subsequently became a partner in 2008. She currently takes care of her patients in our Charlotte/Blakeney office, as a top dermatologist in Charlotte, NC.

Dr. McLeod is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, Georgia, Massachusetts, and New York. She holds memberships in the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, the National Medical Association, the Women’s Dermatology Society, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the Charlotte Medical Society and the Mecklenburg County Medical Society. In addition to her career responsibilities, Dr. McLeod is devoted to her family and finds time to volunteer regularly as a mentor in the community.

Yael Halaas, MD, FACS


A female plastic surgeon with a reputation for excellence Yael Halaas, MD, FACS is recognized as one of the best facial plastic surgeons in the NYC and Westchester area. The daughter of Cuban and Argentine parents, Dr. Halaas uses her multi-cultural background and her liberal arts education to welcome her international clientele of patients into her world-class office. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is conversational in Hebrew.

Dr. Halaas has made a name for herself as a clinical investigator for cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, and she combines an intuitive understanding of facial symmetry, proportions, and classic beauty with a meticulous dedication to detail. Along with her own advanced medical education and continued pursuit of specialized training, Dr. Halaas often speaks at local and international conferences, broadening the field of aesthetics. She has trained thousands of physicians in her surgical and non-surgical techniques such as lasers, injectables, rhinoplasty, and hair restoration. Bryan T. Kansas, MD


Bryan Kansas, MD sees both male and female patients, but has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. In the course of his practice, Dr. Kansas has distinguished himself, in Central Texas, as a leader in penile implant surgery – having implanted over 800 penile prosthesis since beginning his medical practice.

He is also well known for his interest in the treatment of low testosterone in both men and women — maintaining a philosophy of educating patients about the causes of Low T; tailoring treatment options with patients for best outcomes, and teaching patients to administer their own injections when applicable. Dr. Kansas has now treated hundreds of patients with the ESWT protocol and has seen significant results with his customized protocols.

Robert J. Troell, MD


Robert J. Troell, MD, FACS completed a residency and fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center. His first board certification was by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He practiced as a Clinical Professor for seven years at Stanford University. Dr. Troell joined the world’s premier surgical group for upper airway reconstructive surgery and facial plastic surgery. He became the first surgeon board certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 1997.

Dr. Troell is recognized by his expertise in a wide range of facial cosmetic surgery procedures including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and comprehensive facial volume replacement by being a select few surgeons teaching facial implant surgery, facial fat transfer, and being in the top 1% of injectors for permanent (Bellafill) fillers.

He also is a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Expanding into body cosmetic surgery, he subsequently became a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, which he is a board examiner. He is an Adjunct Professor at Touro University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and was the leading physician there teaching graduate medical education courses.  His expertise is in total body contouring, completing 26 live surgical seminars on advanced and high-definition VASER liposculpture, fat transfer, and stem cell therapeutic treatments. To optimize the surgical outcomes, nutritional, exercise, and bioidentical hormone treatments had been incorporated into a comprehensive regenerative medicine program.

Dr. Troell has presented over 200 domestic and over 50 international presentations, 18 book chapters, and over thirty peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. He has written two chapters in a scientific medical textbook on human stem cell treatment and stem cell harvesting, processing, and administration.
