Russell Bartels, MD, FACOG

Dr. Bartels is a board certified Ob/Gyn, founder of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Scottsdale, co-founder of Scottsdale Center for Women’s Health, and founder of Vitality Hormones for Men. He completed his residency training at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan where he was Chief Resident and recipient of several awards in recognition of his minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical skills.

Dr Burt Webb, MD FACOG

Dr. Webb graduated from Stanford University and Tulane Medical School. He did his residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. After delivering more than 11,000 babies, Dr. Webb closed his OB practice and now devotes his career to women’s health. He is a vaginal health expert and brings the most advanced ideas on sexual health and vaginal cosmetic surgery to the field of gynecology. His practice focuses on helping cancer survivors regain a healthy vagina and sex life, as well as inform women that they can practice a healthy sex life at any age. He is a leading expert in cosmetic gynecology, which helps female parts look better and function better. He frequently uses advanced, non-surgical techniques to help women with pain caused by intercourse, interstitial cystitis, lichen sclerosis, and leaky bladders. Dr. Webb is world renowned for his surgical skills and innovative ideas.

Robert Bowen, MD

Dr. Robert Bowen graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia, and fellowships in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine at West Virginia University. He has been in private and University practice in Martinsburg, WV since 1984. Currently, he is a Professor of Medicine and Co-Director of the Internal Medicine clerkship at WVU Medical School, Eastern Division; the Medical Director of the Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at Berkeley Medical Center; and the Medical Director of his Cosmetic Medicine & Body Contouring private practice.

Shilpi Khetarpal, MD, FAAD

A fellowship-trained, board-certified dermatologist who is currently an associate professor in dermatology and cosmetic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She completed her undergraduate and medical education through the accelerated, 6-year BS/MD program at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Khetarpal has presented at both local and national professional meetings and has authored numerous book chapters in dermatologic textbooks and published many articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Reena Jogi MD, FAAD

Dr Reena Jogi has received extensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has comprehensive training in the use of lasers, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and platelet rich plasma treatments for hair loss. After training extensively with Dr Jeffrey Rapaport, Dr Jogi has built one the largest most lucrative PRP clinics for hair restoration in the country as she treats 100’s of patients with her PRP hair restoration protocols. She is double board-certified both in internal medicine and dermatology, is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is an active member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society.
