Pedram Ilbeigi, DO, PhD – Dr. Ilbeigi is a distinguished urologist with a Master’s in Science and a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. Beyond urology, he has helped thousands of patients with customized Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), enhancing their health and quality of life.

Elliot Lander, MD – Dr. Lander graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Occidental College with a distinction in Biochemistry before completing medical school and urological surgery training at UC Irvine. He founded Cell Surgical Network, a global regenerative medicine research and technology company, and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications while lecturing worldwide on regenerative medicine.

 

Event Details

This course equips learners to safely and effectively apply hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) by understanding appropriate indications, contraindications, and monitoring protocols for both men and women. It explores the physiologic foundations and historical development of hormone therapy, including the rationale for bioidentical hormone use, and critically evaluates current evidence on safety, cancer risk, and clinical outcomes. Learners will identify common complications—such as aromatization, polycythemia, and mood or libido changes—and apply evidence-based management strategies. The course also emphasizes a comprehensive approach to care by integrating adjunctive therapies like thyroid and cortisol optimization, vitamin D3, and nutraceuticals, and builds clinical judgment through case-based analysis across diverse ages and comorbid conditions.
